Digital Product Policy
Because downloadable files are made available immediately after payment, purchases are generally final once download access has been issued. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
When We Will Review a Request
We will review requests involving a duplicate charge, an inaccessible file after reasonable troubleshooting, a verified technical defect that prevents use, or a product materially different from its description. Submit the request through Enterprise Inquiry within 14 days and include your order details.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided for change of mind after download, lack of access to a compatible AI service, failure to follow the included instructions, dissatisfaction with generated output, expected business results, or licence misuse.
